The DRF Team
The Disaster Risk Finance (DRF) Consulting Team supports multilateral banks, development agencies, and NGOs in their efforts to strengthen the financial resilience of emerging market governments, local insurance markets, and/or vulnerable segments of society against natural catastrophe risks. Our work covers climate and disaster risk analysis, insurance market reviews, developing innovative index & parametric risk transfer solutions, and tailoring CelsiusPro’s software solutions to the needs of our clients.
Furthermore, the DRF Consulting Team manages the Technical Assistance Facility (TAF) of the InsuResilience Investment Fund (IIF). IIF is led by BlueOrchard Finance, a member of Schroeder's group, with whom CelsiusPro collaborates closely. As the TAF Manager we facilitate access to the technical assistance funds made available to IIF investees. The projects funded by the TAF are aimed at increasing the financial resilience of low-income populations by increasing the uptake of climate insurance. Role As part of CelsiusPro’s growth plans, we’re looking for an ambitious and result-oriented senior manager to drive the DRF Consulting Team’s ambitions within the development sector and across emerging markets. The role will support the strategic direction of the team and facilitating the stable growth of the DRF Consulting business in the coming years. The Senior Manager will be expected to actively engage with multilateral banks, development agencies, and NGOs to position CelsiusPro’s value proposition in the disaster risk finance/insurance development space.
