We are looking for an Office Manager to support the senior management team in running the London office of the CelsiusPro Group, i.e. Global Parametrics.

The Office Manager will provide strong and reliable support for operations by creating and managing structures, processes and communicating and implementing them. The management of risk capacity vehicles and the associated ongoing legal and regulatory obligations results in a significant requirement for administrative resources and the Office Manager will play a key role in discharging these functions. 

The Office Manager will also help us achieve organizational efficiency by nurturing a positive, inclusive work environment.


Office Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring an organized, and well-maintained workspace.

  • Support the drafting and implementation of operating policies and procedures across all elements of the company’s activities.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support the needs of the team.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the senior management team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting (internal and external) preparation.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.

  • Support in the administrative elements of ongoing regulatory compliance obligations.

Communication and Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between different teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless logistics.

Work Arrangements

  • Overseeing scheduling and logistics for team members working in-office and remotely.

  • Maintain a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting a positive company culture across the offices.

Financial Management

  • Assist the finance team in managing office budgets and expenses.

  • Work closely with the finance team to track expenses and to ensure compliance with financial policies.

Team Support

  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Help to foster a positive and inclusive team culture by organizing team-building activities and events.  


  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role (highly desirable for such experience to be, at least in part, in the context of the financial services sector). 

  • Degree or other relevant qualification.

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other relevant software.

  • Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to work independently.

  • Project management skills.
